I cannot say enough about John and Steve at Affordable Custom Decks!
They are extremely professional, as well as very knowledgeable about decking
and railing (and code requirements). We did a lot of previous research regarding
the different types of decking materials, and what would be good for our
lifestyle and family – everyone at ACD was so helpful in helping us
make a decision. We were able to stick to our budget, yet include many details
and accessories that make our deck very unique.
ACD was dependable, on time, kept the jobsite clean, and always available
to answer our questions during the construction. So often you hear of ‘construction
nightmares’ and sad stories, but we couldn’t have asked for
a better company to build our new deck. Trust is a huge factor in remodeling,
and we would trust them to any of our remodeling and future decking needs.
We love our composite TimberTech deck and Radiance Rail, and have ACD to
thank for it!

I don’t normally write letters to companies that I hire to
do work for me but in this case I feel I must make an exception.
When I had your company install a deck for me five years ago I was very
impressed with the way it turned out. After deciding to upgrade by tearing
out the old deck and putting in a new Composite deck with a roof, screened
in area and Pergola, I hired Affordable Custom Decks to do the work again.
I knew the quality and service I would be getting and there was no question
in my mind I would be happy with the results, but I had no idea the
finished product would far surpass any expectations I had. I can’t
say enough about the craftsmanship, flexibility and polite demeanor your
crew provided during the 7 weeks it took to complete the project.
Owning a business myself I know the importance of customer satisfaction,

I just wanted to put in writing how absolutely
pleased we are with our new deck. The outcome is gorgeous and the
crew couldn't have been more courteous! AC Decks went above and beyond our
expectations. It's not just a deck, it's a piece of artwork. Steve and his
crew obviously love and take pride in their job-it shows with attention
paid to the slightest details. When the job was complete, you would never
know they were there (except for the beautiful addition to our back yard!)

I thought I would take the time to let you know how pleased
I am with your services. I had specific concerns in having a deck
made. I explained my concern for my dogs; I did not want them to have any
way to get into the pool in fear of accidents. I told Steve this and he
drew up my plans. I have a wonderful tri-level deck that has met all my
specifications and then some. The team that came out to work on the deck
are professionals and extremely easy to get along with. Rich and Mike not
only made sure my deck was made to my specifications, but also made sure
my dogs were safe during the process! My dogs got so they expected a ball
thrown or a scratch on the head! The crew was exceptional! I could not have
asked for more Professional people with such talent and experience. My deck

The purpose of this letter is to let you know how I feel about my
experience with your company.
Overall, you demonstrated the essence of "under promise and
over deliver." It started with the estimate and quote, which was more
than fair and on the low end of the many estimates we received to get our
new deck. In looking to get a deck built with Trex, the pricing we received
from other companies was inflated compared to yours.
Following the estimate, you stated that it would take approximately 6-7
working days to have the deck complete. It was done in less than 5, and
the quality of work is exceptional. We are very pleased with the results.
I want to make one additional comment that other consumers should consider
when finding a deck company. Your follow-through on every single aspect
of the job was exceptional, and very much appreciated. Working with someone
that you entrust a great deal of money to is scary these days, and appreciate
all you did to completely finish the job and look out for the protection
of your reputation. It meant a lot and we will recommend Affordable Custom
Decks to anyone we know who is the market for deck work. Please feel free
to pass on my name to anyone as a reference, I'd be happy to share my experience
